
We all have days when we became an eating machine, eating cookies, cakes, sweets and sugar everywhere. Fortunately, during last two years, I developed a bit of self-protection strategies to prevent overeating of sugar.
I worked in a trading session and had a full table service food of all kinds of candy you can name. There were slices of cake and pies, pastries with powdered sugar icing and chocolate shavings. There were balls of all colors M & M's, plain and peanut my favorite!
It was very difficult to eat sugar all day. People walked around the handfuls of candy all ALL DAY! Most were large coolers filled with all kinds of sweet soda can name. And for the health conscious that there was a wide range of sports drinks sweetened alias and protein bars (candy bars in the package, apparently healthy).
I did very well in the morning. I had a vegetable omelet with fruit for breakfast. Earlier in the day, I had the willpower of a saint.
I have twelve well. I had a great grilled salmon Caesar salad with vinaigrette on the side. I had fresh melon for a snack in the afternoon. I was low glycemic index fat burning perfect day so far. I burn fat without exercise in this plan.
Then, late at night when the shooting was a long-term running when I hit the wall. (Oh, by the way, if you have no film or television work, career is long a standard way of running!)
So at 5:00 my level of blood sugar crashed and immediately I felt irritable. Instead eating protein like tuna or turkey they had on the tables at the restaurant, innocently reached raisin cookies. I am convinced that it was healthier than chocolate chip cookies that were stacked. Who has been quite successfully for about three seconds.
Then I had a break I slipped a handful of peanuts M & M's. Now in full flight in anger against me for not being the hard way. I was about to lock or sugar. I knew I had to do something to stop the damage and reverse the effects of my lack of discipline.
I grabbed a large bottle of water and began the process of detoxification. Then I cut an apple and began to eat a slice at a time to satisfy my desire to chew something. The combination of the two was a perfect elixir for my sugar attack.
After thirty minutes, recovered and returned my energy, my anxiety is gone and my self-healed and that could walk past a mirror and I blow kisses again.
Ugh, was a close, but I got through.
The attacks come from sugar and again. Here are my best ways to treat these sugar binge.
My Top 5 ways to handle crises and attacks sweet!
1. Shop Smart: Do not let the sweet available to you or your family. No one has need. If you are not at home, probably not get out of their way to get them. Prepare to win. Be the best mentor, not your worst enemy.
2. Fruit Medley: Keep a variety of fruit in your kitchen. Every time I'm thirsty something sweet that comes to my Basket fruit. Eating fruit is not only satisfy the sweet tooth, but also for you. Fruit shakes work well for me.
3. Small Indulgence: Take a bite of something delicious and satisfying. Instead of buying a huge chocolate bar, opt for a small piece of black chocolate. It's good for your heart and rich flavor.
4. Drink Up: Often, your body becomes dehydrated and perceive as hunger. At the first sign of hunger and drink unsweetened fruit. I love all the new flavors of Crystal Light. I also love the gourmet decaf coffee. I sometimes make a cup and use of Stevia for sweetness have a cup of Jell-O sugar free pudding.
5. Sneaky Snack: encourage reflection deliver. Sugar-free popsicles, milk, hot chocolate and chocolate covered strawberries is good for me. Try this recipe covered strawberries chocolate!
I'm sure you can think of many other simple solutions, too. The key is to catch it before his appointment by the board. Just stop doing something which appears to be healthy and enter a state of forgiveness. Yes, you must forgive yourself and find your strength and desire to get the fat off.
Do not dwell in their errors rather than declare their goals and desires. Get redirected immediately after your ideal weight and stay in the scale of a couple of days and do some extra cardio burn excess calories. The key here is not a victim. Be a winner and I know that every great athlete, dancer and artist of days off. Just introduce the game and move on with enthusiasm and energy!
