Do I have enough leg-exercising?
Well, then I swear that there is something wrong with me and I This odd-on ability to build muscle or something. I eat well. I do yoga for a couple of hours Wednesday and hours of training on Friday for an hour or two, which is like running 20 minutes, 20 minutes in the Cross-Trainer, 20 on the rowing machine and do some leg exercises with the weight thingy president. I also sometimes a little exercise in my room if I'm feeling particularly healthy, not much, just sprints and stuff. But seriously, my thighs are like - hard rock. Muscely and I are so upset. I do not want muscely legs. Want to legs, small candies. Should I stop doing leg exercises and focus more on the abs, and just in general cardiovascular? Would it make a difference and my skinny legs or what?
I think that is difficult because you carry yourself in a very short time. should reduce the exercises such as running and concentrate more in the slow movements that stretch, stretch and tone. as Pilate or replace most of the time with yoga
