The city of Sunderland has a population of just under 300,000 and the largest city between Edinburgh and Leeds. It is northeast coast of England with access to some of the most beautiful scenery in England.

Each year the last weekend of July, the city hosts the Feria Internacional del Aire. It takes place mainly along the seafront and is visited by more than one million people each year. This is the Airshow Europe's largest encyclopedia.
The Empire opened in 1907. It is the largest theater in the northeast, was reopened in December 2004 after of a major renovation that will allow the West End stage shows like My Fair Lady has been made for the Empire. The Empire is large enough to receive these broadcasts.
