How do I cut a tomato so I can put on a plate like a flower?
I saw somebody cut a tomato and place on a platter like a flower (using the part near the skin and somehow rolled Kinda what looked like a rose on the film), I also think it is a word for this type of "cup" form. Does anyone know what its called? When you cut things and make them look like flowers, etc.? I wondered if there was a program that shows how?
Okay so lets see if the future Culinary Management haha just going to be something. Your first base is tomatoes, then you'll begin one of the tops and cut with a knife to peel and cut only the skin, then go all the way around, peeling of the skin of tomatoes like an apple, it goes through the skin to keep one piece cut in the skin of a sufficient size to work, then once you finish the course has finished, start curling around and around of the outer skin to the outside, the end that started in the court you want to be a round piece of Nice, take the rose back on top when finished curling and then return.
