I think right. It seems that mental stress for me. I think some of the same symptoms and sometimes when I'm worried after a difficult project. When I do something, not sure, and I do not have much time to do it I feel a temperature rise, like a fever. Once I started working on the problem and see a solution sight, the symptoms disappear.
