How can you freeze grape leaves?
I want to be able to freeze the leaves can be stored for later use
The Blanch really quickly in boiling water, about 10-20 seconds. Spread on paper towels, let cool and dry completely. For the freezing can layer in a zip top bag with wax or parchment paper Inbetween each leaf, or freeze in single layer (do not overlap at all) flat on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper, then the stack in a freezer bag, no other document required. They lose a bit more liquid when thawed the leaves in a single layer. So it is for you.
