This year I want to make a dish or dessert that my family will want more. Since I am Hispanic I want to surprise my family and let them know that I CAN cook. Some ideas or recipes would help a lot. Thanks
Rice pudding. It's easy and everyone loves him. Wash one cup rice. Boil 3 cups water with cinnamon stick and more. Boil for about 15 minutes, covered. After 15 minutes, a large amount of water had evaporated. Slowly add about 3 / 4 can of condensed milk mellitus (Milk is a good brand). Once you have added, let it boil again to simmer and put it under. Start adding milk periodic visits regularly every 10 minutes or so, and keep adding milk until the rice is tender. A When you are finished, turn off heat and add a little milk to cool slightly. Verify that the sweetness, if not sweet enough then add a little more condensed milk. Rice pudding Remember to keep the absorption of the milk is hot, then you may need to add a little more if too thick.
