Keep an eye on the ...
Imagine the scene, imagine, I trained you in something as simple as catching a ball. We could conclude that keep your eyes on the ball would be a useful quality to bring to the task. Consider four ways you could try to help to do that.
1. "Watch the ball!"
2. "Are you watching the ball?
3. "Why not see the ball?
4. "What we are more aware of the ball comes to you?
Take the example of the impact of these elements. 1 is a command. You do not get input or comments on what to do differently and if not like me, or feel under pressure, you may choose to do otherwise. 2 is a closed question. You be the answer, yes, I do not know if the ball was really looking or not. 3 is a matter of questioning and could be met with a defense to justify the answer. 4 is only a matter leadership, because you can not answer without paying attention to the ball.
What if instead, I was the coach that something like the complex sale. We conclude that questions of their clients would open a quality useful for making task. Once again, here are four ways I could try to help.
1. "The use of open questions!
2. "Do you have any questions?"
3. "Why are not you with open questions?
4. "How to judge the effectiveness of open questions that you ask?"
Contrast Approaches 1 and 4. 1 is going to create anxiety and tension and fatigue and resentment. 4 made me think about the questions I ask and decide on what basis I would call quality. I really have to think about the questions I asked you to do and me a incredible vision in its various effects. Something very powerful.
What approach will encourage a greater emphasis on the qualities you're looking to develop? From the Just as the ball did not teach us how to trap customers can be taught everything you need to know about the sale of our products and services. Also, our staff can teach us to handle. We just have to be quick and attentive students. We need words, concentrate on good things. The use of focus questions training creates infinitely better than the orders and instructions, just used to a command and control of the world. It is time that we have developed new habits that will not believe.
