Has anyone heard of a sweet (like Fudge) from pureed. pots and p-nut butter?

Potato Candy! There are plenty of recipes on the web for these things. It is very easy to do. Cooks.com Here's a recipe: 1 / 2 baked potatoes or LG. spoonful of sugar potatoes peanut butter remains of powdered potato puree with a fork. Add the powdered sugar until mixture can form a ball. Roll with a rolling pin (roll of wax paper May reduce the sticky). Spread a thick layer of butter your favorite peanut, and roll in a register (as a Jelly Roll). Refrigerate. When set, cut into slices and enjoy! There are lots of changes ... try adding a little vanilla extract mixture of potatoes, for example. Good stuff!
