Is it normal to make a fruit salad the night before or will go all brown?
I have strawberries, melons, kiwis, blueberries, pineapple and papaya. Tonite If I do, however it will be good to serve the morning?
It should be even better the next day because the mix of flavors. Brush gently the lemon juice to apples and pears, so it does not turn brown. The bananas should be added just before serving.
