Ma daughter was accepted into the best schools of art in the U.S., but I have no money to pay for school - that Mexican Americans who do not live in Mexico - has won numerous awards as an artist and is an excellent student ... Do you know anyone who could give a scholarship to college?
Great libraries have books and award scholarships groups. Get your daughter research in a university library or the largest local library.
